Firdous Jamal said in Faisal Qureshi’s morning show that Mahira Khan has grown old and now she should play the mother of the heroine. He also said that Mahira should no longer play lead roles.
“Mahira Khan is a mediocre model, but she is a good actress,” said Firdous Jamal. “She has aged as well. That’s not the age to play the role of a heroin.”
Faisal Qureshi further said that none of Mahira’s films have done well at the box office. However, later he clarified his argument on Twitter.
